职位描述：

1.收集和综合有关公司、行业和政府的财务和运营信息并开展行业深度研究、公司研究

2.深度参与项目执行，协助组内完成并购及投融资项目相关的公司pitchbook、商业计划书及项目相关文件

3.创建和更新估值和财务模型

4.收集市场数据，分析行业趋势和协助交易评估

5.参加团队讨论和客户会议，会议纪要及进行部分文稿演示

岗位要求：

1.，经济/会计/金融/法律等相关专业背景在校本科生/研究生，英语流利

2.具有投行、pe/vc、咨询公司等相关行业实习经验

3.了解估值方法和应用，具有良好的财务和计算机技能

4.较强的分析能力，掌握capital iq, wind以及ms office等常用软件

5.高度的敬业精神及良好的职业素养，具有较强的抗压能力及自驱力，可以全职实习3-6个月以上优先

established in 2014, dealglobe is a leading cross-border merchant bank and investment group with two major business segments, namely dg advisory and dg capital. it mainly specializes in providing fund raising and m&a advisory services to chinese and european family business and entrepreneurs and focuses on minority investments/co-investments in overseas targets with a strong cross-border angle and high-quality domestic companies. moreover, dealglobe has also developed its own proprietary financial information technology platform – mergerintel.

dealglobe is led by a highly experienced management team. lin feng, the founder and chairman of dealglobe, has over 10 years of investment banking and private equity experiences at overseas and domestic institutions. the two other partners are based outside of china, and each of them has over 30 years of relevant experiences as well as extensive networks across europe and the rest of the world.

dealglobe has two offices in shanghai and london and currently holds the fca license in the uk. the dealglobe team consists of c.30 employees who come from 6 different countries including china, uk, german, france etc.

since inception, dealglobe has completed financial advisory and investment projects with a total deal value of usd c.3.6bn. in 2020, dealglobe achieved an outstanding performance, completing a total of 11 transactions (both financial advisory and investment deals) with a total deal value of usd c.800m.
